aparecer cierta molestia al manejar . En maquinaria industrial ocurre
algo similar, pero con consecuencias an peores :
Aumento del
desgaste en bearings y ejes giratorios
Sobrecalentamiento de
partes crticas
Riesgo de fallos mecnicos repentinos
Paradas no
planificadas y costosas reparaciones
En resumen: si no se corrige a
tiempo, una mnima falla podra derivar en una situacin compleja.
Mtodos de equilibrado: cul elegir
No todos los casos son iguales.
Dependiendo del tipo de pieza y su uso, se aplican distintas tcnicas:
Equilibrado dinmico
Recomendado para componentes que rotan
rpidamente, por ejemplo rotores o ejes. Se realiza en mquinas
especializadas que detectan el desequilibrio en mltiples superficies
. Es el mtodo ms fiable para lograr un desempeo estable.
Equilibrado esttico
Se usa principalmente en piezas como ruedas,
discos o volantes . Aqu solo se corrige el peso excesivo en una sola
superficie . Es rpido, fcil y funcional para algunos equipos .
Correccin del desequilibrio: cmo se hace
Taladrado selectivo: se
elimina material en la zona ms pesada
Colocacin de contrapesos:
tal como en neumticos o perfiles de poleas
Ajuste de masas: tpico
en bielas y elementos estratgicos
